Sometimes I can persuade others to write updates. Below you'll find a number of researchers and thinkers in fields related to innovation and business design. Hank Chesbrough, a Professor at Berkeley's Haas School of Business, wrote in Spring 2003 on the subject of his book, Open Innovation. Richard Weddle, a management consultant, wrote on the trials and tribulations of the music industry in Spring 2003. In Jan 2004, Richard and I wrote on Growing Pineapples Faster. Chris Meyer, the author of It's Alive, wrote on the adaptive economy in Summer 2003. Jay Mathur runs a product development consultancy called valueideas. In November 2003, he and I worked together on the Electronic Pizza update. Tim Jones runs a UK-based product development consultancy called Innovaro. He contributed his thoughts on performance-based new products he calls Market Breakers in February 2004. Matt Hall runs a health care strategy consulting firm called The Kerdan Group. He and I worked on an update in March 2004 around the problems facing pharmaceutical companies as they innovate. |
