Discussion Here's some reference materials and discussions I've had regarding "Do you have a winner?". 03/02/2007 References - Where did this come from? The four factor model builds on the work of Prof Clayton Christensen at Harvard, and of Prof. Hank Chesbrough at Berkeley’s Boalt School. Clay Christensen has a “jobs framework” that looks at innovations as fulfilling a specific kind of job. So check out his “innovator’s dilemma” or “innovator’s solution” Hank Chesbrough specializes in “Open Innovation”, and published a book by that name. On my website, www.biz-architect.com, you can see the links. Search under Christensen or Chesbrough.
